Travel Note
We're not doing a hotel block as many of the hotels in the area are still damaged by the hurricane. The reception is on an island with the next closest beach town being Pine Knoll Shores and then Emerald Isle. Across the bridge is the town of Morehead City. I'll add to this information as we hear from the wedding planner about hotels that are reopening before the beach season. I would honestly look at renting a house for the weekend or checking out if there are airbnb's in the area; since it's before Memorial Day there may be some good rates.
