Virginia and Kristy met in AP biology junior year at Nelson County High School. Since they cut open their first frog together and Ms. Thomas put a tarantula on Virginia’s head, they’ve been the best of friends. With all of Virgina’s moves out of state and abroad, Kristy has visited and supported the adventurist. Now living back in Nelson County together, the two are ecstatic to both be planning each other’s weddings as one another’s Maid of Honors. Although, they’ll be MOH for one another for only a day, the two are Sisters for life!

Anna Reynolds Green

Anna met Kristy around 10 years ago and became fast friends once Kristy and Ryan started dating, as Ryan’s best friend is Anna’s husband, Jake Green. From weekends of four wheeler riding and long days at the lake, to hiking with their dogs, with all the fun memories in between; Kristy has always been someone Anna has relied on, trusted, been honest with, and the two always have the best time when they are together! It’s no secret that Kristy will always be there for Anna at any given time; they’ve shared milestones and memories across the years from new homes, weddings, and now Anna coming into parenthood. Anna is so excited to make Kristy feel as special on her wedding, just as much or more than Kristy makes her feel everyday!

Courtney met Kristy on their first day of dental hygiene school. Both excited and nervous, they instantly became friends and carpool buddies! Courtney often says, “If it wasn't for Kristy, I don't know how I would've managed to make it through hygiene school without her calmness." After graduating, the two have stayed in touch and have been right along side one another at each of life’s milestones… from books to brides to babies, Courtney and Kristy have such a lasting friendship. Now, Courtney will get to stand beside Kristy as a Bride and celebrate this beauty on her Big Day just as Kristy stood beside her!

Leslie and Kristy met in high school. Leslie is honored to stand beside Kristy on her special day, just as Kristy did in her wedding earlier this year. Leslie and Kristy enjoy the same taste in books and have shared so many memories over the many years of friendship from Nelson County to St. Catherine’s to now sharing in life’s many milestone!

Katlin Martin

Katlin and Kristy share a friendship dating back to Willisburg Church of God of Prophecy where they started their foundation of faith together. Over the years, both have grown closer to each other and Christ. Katlin is over the moon to be sharing in Kristy’s big day to witness her and Ryan become one before God. Kristy stood beside Katlin on her wedding day and they both are honored to journey through life’s special moments together.

Courtney Curtsinger

Courtney and Kristy are cousins on Carol’s side of the family. The two have made many memories on the family farm riding horses and swimming, and share a deep love for animals and the outdoors. Courtney wants to wish Kristy a happy marriage and cannot wait to stand beside her on this very special day!

Katelyn and Kristy met through Ryan’s friendships with Jake Green and Chris Simpson. Katelyn is married to groomsman, Chris Simpson, and they share three wonderful children together. Katelyn and Kristy have grown close with one another in a shared love for God and find friendship and fellowship in doing life together. Katelyn is thrilled to be standing next to Kristy on her special day to witness her union with Ryan before Christ.

Cody Sympson

Cody and Ryan have been inseparable since diapers, Cody has been waiting to have the honor of Best Man since Kristy came into the picture for Ryan - over a decade ago! The two are the best of buds and have been through so much together. They root for their Cardinals, share an interest in hunting and the outdoors, and are always down for Mexican and ride backroads together! Cody is fired up for this union between Ryan and Kristy and couldn’t have been happier that the two have found one another
