When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Wednesday, June 10th. Thank you in advance!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - for all events on Friday the dress code is summer formal attire. We recommend a tuxedo or suit and tie for the men. For the ladies, please wear midi or floor length dresses. Color and florals are encouraged!

Will transporation be provided?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided from the hotels with room blocks in downtown Charlottesville (Kimpton The Forum Hotel, The Draftsman, Omni) to Pippin Hill and back at the end of the evening. Note: ubers can be unreliable at night out in the vineyards.

Is there parking available near the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot for guests at Pippin Hill. However, we will be providing transportation to and from the hotels with room blocks. If you plan to drive, please use Google Maps and the following address: 5022 Plank Road North Garden Virginia.

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

There are plenty of ubers in downtown Charlottesville and to travel to and from the airport. If you do not plan to take the transportation provided to Pippin Hill, we recommend renting a car as ubers are not reliable out in the vineyards late at night.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

We're excited to celebrate our wedding both indoors and outdoors, weather permitting. The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors (there will be access to the tasting room with AC during cocktail hour) and the reception will be held indoors.

Our wedding is an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and support as we look forward to celebrating together!
