Rehearsal--wedding party only
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Comfy clothes ok
We will have pizza after to fill your bellies. Southwest Corner near the octagonal gazebo. If there are others there we will just have to rehearse off to the side
Saturday, June 10, 2023
Setup
1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Men in the wedding party and immediate family not including women in the ceremony please meet back at the site for setup. We have the octagonal gazebo reserved and will have the ceremony itself in the grass area nearby
Ceremony and afterparty/reception
3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Non wedding party individuals can dress in semi casual dress if they like
Wedding ceremony followed by pictures, 5pm dinner and enjoy. We will be having family barbecue style afterparty and just hang out, play yard games, and celebrate
Tear down
8:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Wedding party and any other volunteers, please help with wedding clean up. We have the area reserved until 9
