ORD or Midway in Chicago, MSN in Madison

You would need to rent a car or take the bus to Rockford which takes between 1.5-2.5 hours. O'hare is a much closer option in Chicago but including Midway as well. MSN will also take about 1.5 hours. Rockford has an airport but does not go to many cities.

I take this bus to and from the airport often. Check the times before booking. Once you get to Rockford you can uber from the bus station.
