We're getting married!

Kris and Megan's story began at the Kick n Mule in January 2022, where Kris was a regular customer and Megan was training to bartend. Kris had his usual Thursday drinks with friends and Megan, unknowingly that this Thursday shift would change her life, started working regularly and would serve Kris. From the start, Megan was drawn to Kris and made it clear she was interested. But Kris, ever the challenge, gave her the best chase of her life. By March, they had developed a friendship. Kris, a bit shy, enjoyed their conversations but seemed hesitant to take the next step. They kept talking, but every time they tried to make plans, something just wouldn't line up. Megan started to feel like maybe it just wasn't meant to be. Then came her trip to New York City in April. While she was there, she couldn't shake the feeling that Kris was different- that he was a genuinely good guy she might be letting slip away. When she got home, still feeling down about it, she went back to the Kick n Mule with some girlfriends. And there he was. Kris, standing on the other side of the bar, as if fate had placed him there at the right moment. With one look and a wave, everything changed. From that night on, they were inseparable- two people who, despite missed chances, were always meant to find their way back to each other. Kris had changed his entire life to provide for Megan and her son Noah, stepping in as a father figure when Noah was only 4 1/2. They became a family of three! Kris proposed on their trip to Nashville on October 26, 2023, with Noah at Megan's favorite stop, The Gaylord Opryland Hotel under a gazebo she had been to many times before, never knowing that her person would one day ask her the best question that would change her life forever. They now share two beautiful children, Noah (8) and Emily (1) and are ready to start the rest of their lives together as a family of four!
