Schedule: 11:30-12:50 PM: Park at 283 Hoover Rd. Please don't all arrive at 12:50PM! Shuttle service available for those who need it. 1:00PM: Ceremony 1:30PM: Food and drinks 2:30PM: Speeches 3:00PM: Dancing 5:00-7:00PM: Shuttle service available A few things to consider: (1) Hoover road is a shared community road and the parking lot is a neighbor's property. Please be respectful of all the neighbors! (2) Carpool if possible to minimize cars on the lot. (3) The venue is a 1/4 mile walk up hill. Walk if you can so we can leave seats for those who need them. (4) Cell reception will cut off as you approach Hoover Road. Keep your maps open and screenshot wedding info for reference. (5) You are welcome to stay after 7:00pm sunset, but do consider your comfortability driving mountain roads after dark.

One Day Anniversary Open House

Casual comfy, or whatever makes you happy!

Please come back and enjoy our house with us for one last day before you leave. There is no formal schedule, so come and go as you please. The parking location is the same as the wedding. If you will require shuttle service, we will have a walkie talkie station for you to request a ride. We will have coffee, tea, and a parfait bar. BYOM (Bring your own mug) if you can. If needed, we will have some mugs here and paper cups.
