To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is April 2nd 2026. If we don"t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand!
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guest who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the invitation as "and guest". Otherwise, we ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults with the exception of immediate family who are apart of our wedding party.
We ask that you please arrive no later than 4:45pm.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony until we are announced as one and the ceremony is concluding. We want you all to be present with us in the moment! We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!
Yes, as the sun will be shinning (hopefully), both the ceremony & reception will be outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day. There will be umbrellas and fans available for shade as well.
Yes, we ask that you please "dress to impress"! The Welcome Aperitif is "Something Blue" themed so please include blue in your attire! The Wedding Day is Black tie, and the Pool Party is casual and pool attire!
Yes! There will be welcome drinks, wine, beer and our signature cocktails during dinner and an open bar for the party! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!;)
Transportation from Lucca town square will be determined closer to the wedding date, however there will be a shuttle available. We are currently working on a pick up/drop off location and times for the shuttle. If you plan on renting a car, there is parking available at the villas for up to 30 cars.
