Travel & Arrival July 3 – 4:30 pm: Settle in, relax, and join us for a casual welcome evening with mingling, food, drinks, and our backyard-style rehearsal dinner. July 4 – 4:30 pm: The big day. Ceremony, reception, dinner, and celebrations under the Bull River sky. July 5 – 9:00 am to 10:30 am: Goodbye grab and go breakfast. Join us for a warm send-off breakfast before everyone heads home. 🏕️ Accommodations & Capacity Bull River Guest Ranch can host up to 67 guests across: - 9 cabins - 4 private suites - A communal lodge with 9 bedrooms Once the cabins are full, camping and glamping are available nearby with full access to the ranch’s facilities. The bride will contact you to discuss cabin and camping arrangements. Please note that the ranch is intentionally off-grid in many ways. There is no Wi-Fi, and the experience is designed to encourage connection, relaxation, and time in nature.
