Is there an app for the hotel to use during our stay?

Answer

YES! Download to Unico 2087 app prior to arriving and you can customize your room from anywhere to the type of pillow you want to what is stocked in your minibar! You can also book spa appointments or other fun activities through the app.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The hotel is very good about food allergies! Prior to arrival there is an option on the Unico app to let them know your allergy. Example if you are gluten free they will accommodate and specifically for celiac disease.
