Franny's Cup & Saucer

Interesting spot/museum with a great view and some maritime history.

Point Arena Lighthouse

A nice out and back bluff walk overlooking the coast. Bring layers for quickly shifting weather.

Point Arena Stornetta Coastal Trail

Boutique restaurant that uses local and organic produce, including from Oz. They're an awesome option for a farm to table lunch! Be sure to check before making plans, because they have limited open hours.

The Good Food Club

Rocky beach. Has the bizzare "Bowling Ball" Beach a mile walk from the parking lot, which can be viewed at low tide.

Schooner Gulch State Beach

Long sandy, beach walk. Perfect for beachcombing. Bring layers.

Stoneboro Beach Access Parking

Grab a beverage (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, beer, or wine!) and take a look out over the mouth of the Russian River. This place has a cute hippie vibe and we've seen a lot of fun local singer/songwriters perform on the deck here!

Cafe Aquatica

Great place to strech the legs on the drive. There is a gorgeous walk from the visitor center out onto the bluffs or down to some tidepools!

Salt Point State Park

Stop by on your way up or down Highway 1 for some amazing fresh Oysters! They are delicious, but don't eat too many.... the roads are windy!

Hog Island Oyster Co

Walk to the deli counter in the back to get the buffalo gelato. So Good!

Palace Market

Best baked goods around in Point Reyes. Stine's favorite is the chocolate cherry almond cookie and Phil loves the bearclaw!

Bovine Bakery

Delicious, warm, fresh bread. Sells out fast!

Brickmaiden Breads

Great pit stop if you are heading North! Amazing food & desserts and a short walk over to a bluff overlook.
