Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm, so guests should plan to arrive at the Library no sooner than 4:30pm. Nonalcoholic refreshments will be provided prior to the ceremony.

Answer

A complementary valet will be available for guest use upon arrival at the venue. Do not worry about trying to find parking in downtown Providence, the valet service will take care of parking for you!

Answer

Hors d'oeuvres will include pescatarian, vegetarian, and vegan options, and a vegetarian/vegan option will be available for order for your entrée. Unfortunately, no substitutions/accommodations will be able to be made on the day of the wedding. The invitation will allow you to order your entrée ahead of time to ensure your dietary restrictions are met.

Answer

A hotel block has been reserved at The Graduate Providence: 11 Dorrance St, Providence, RI 02903. See the travel page for details! Block reservations must be made by September 2nd. If you prefer another option, there are plenty of hotels in the surrounding area of varying loyalty programs, including the Residence Inn Providence (Marriott) and the Omni Providence Hotel. The venue is still walkable from these locations, so try your best to stick to the Downtown Providence area.

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, our wedding is limited to adults only. The only children that will be in attendance are those that are in the wedding party. If help is needed with arranging child care, please let us know and we will do our best to provide recommendations.
