When and where do I RSVP?

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venue restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have an adults only event — with the exception of immediate family children. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at home.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. For men, we suggest a suit, blazer, or button down with pants. For women, a dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates would all work.

What colors should I wear?

Answer

We kindly encourage our guests to wear these colors for our special day: LAVENDER, DUSTY BLUE, SAGE GREEN, BLUSH PINK, BUTTER YELLOW, PEACH, BEIGE or any PASTEL color you prefer. Please avoid colors red and white.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking on site at Lady J’s Garden. Street parking is available at Co-Studio.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan on arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night!

A block of rooms has been reserved at the following location: Raddison Hotel 605 East Broadway Avenue Bismarck, ND 701.255.6000 When making a reservation, please mention the Ahrens-Luzada Wedding in order to receive a discounted rate.
