FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 30, 2026

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We are happy to celebrate with your full family over the course of the weekend! However, on Saturday we are looking for the ceremony and reception to be an adult-focused event. Unless notified, please arrange for any accommodations necessary to make this possible. We understand that this may present some challenges for some, so please notify us directly if you think this will be an issue.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to headcount restraints at our venue, named invitees only.

Question

What is the ceremony attire?

Answer

Ceremony will be semi-formal dresswear (leaning into summer vibes over fall vibes). We are having an outdoor wedding and cocktail hour. The venue is a kid's summer camp, so there will be some uneven ground and short walking necessary between ceremony, reception, and post-reception. Please contact us directly if you think this will pose as an issue so we can accommodate. Also note that we are intending to gather outside around a fire after the reception and Adirondack nights can get chilly! So be prepared!

Question

Can I join in on weekend events at Woodcraft Summer Camps even if I'm not staying onsite?

Answer

Yes! Explore the schedule tab to see what we have planned throughout the weekend. Feel free to explore the camp or utilize its amenities as you see fit!

Question

Will there be a shuttle to the ceremony on Saturday September 5th?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing shuttle services from the Water's Edge Inn (3188 NY-28, Old Forge, NY 13420) to the ceremony and back. Updated information on timing of shuttle to come.

Question

Will there be parking available at Adirondack Woodcraft Summer Camps?

Answer

Yes! There is parking available at Woodcraft. However, we do encourage guests to consider utilizing the shuttle services on the day of the ceremony to minimize the amount of vehicles on-site.
