Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Send us a text with the request and information of your additional guest. Due to the venue capacity our attendees will be limited. We will let you know personally if your plus one can attend or not. Invites for married couples are automatically accounted for.

Is there a dress code I should be aware of?

Answer

Yes, we are asking for all of our guest to attend the wedding in dressy-casual attire.

What time should I arrive at your weddind ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors while the reception will take place both inside and out.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The wedding is scheduled to be in the Spring. Texas days are warm and the nights are cool.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We would like for you to help yourself at any time during the reception to our barbecue feast with cupcakes for dessert.

Will there be a cash bar?

Answer

No, put your cash away. During the reception carbonated beverages will be provided as well as water, tea and lemonade. The basic well drinks will be available also.

Will there be a hotel discount?

Answer

There are numerous hotels in the vicinity of the venue that you're more than welcome to choose from. At this time, the only discounted room rate will be at the Dallas/Fort Worth Marriott Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle. The lodging tab will provide that information.

What is the distance between the hotel and the venue for the ceremony?

Answer

All of the hotels that are listed in the lodging tab are between a 7-15 minute drive to the venue.

What airports are nearby?

Answer

Two major airports serve the area. Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL).
