What is Black Tie Attire?

Answer

It's not a party unless you're dressed up! We take it to mean men in tuxedos (think black suit and tie with a white shirt) and women in calf length or floor length dresses. Most importantly, though, is that you're comfortable dancing - so ultimately defer to what works best for you!

Is everyone invited to Friday night Bocce & Beers?

YES! We want to welcome everyone to Cleveland on Friday night with some desserts, games, and drinks! We hope to see everyone at Pinstripes in Pinecrest to start off a fun weekend of celebrations!

How can we get between the hotel and the reception?

Answer

Plenty of options! We've arranged a bus to run between the AC Hotel and the ceremony/reception venue. It'll leave the AC Hotel at 4:45pm and make loops back and forth until all guests are settled. Alternatively, there will be valet parking at the Club and there are plenty of Ubers in the area, too! Beginning at 10:30pm, after you've had enough fun, the bus will begin looping to take guests back to the AC Hotel. The last shuttle will run after the band stops, at Midnight.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There's a ton of parking at the AC Hotel and ample parking for anyone who wants to drive to the wedding ceremony/reception. There will also be complimentary valet at the country club.

Are the ceremony and the reception at the same place?

Answer

Yep! All the festivities on Saturday afternoon and evening will be at The Country Club in Pepper Pike, OH. It's only about 10-15 minutes from the AC Hotel.
