Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
We would love for our family and friends to dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire for our wedding. So please no jeans, shorts (Or white!!) please! Ideally we would love men in button downs, or suits, and ladies in pants suits or dresses. Bridesmaids will be wearing Navy Blue and groomsmen will be wearing grey with gold and navy blue accents.

What is the parking situation?
Answer
This is a question that I know my fellow millennials will be asking themselves. There are several parking options! I would highly suggest if you are driving in for the wedding, parking at the Midtown Garage (110 S Clinton Ave, Rochester, NY 14604). This garage is open 24/7, is across the street from the Venue, and has an underground tunnel that lets you directly into the lobby of the Wintergarden! There is also the Court Street Garage (Court Street Garage, 194 Court St, Rochester, NY 14604) however, this garage closes at 10 pm, so if you plan on staying to party with us all night (and we truly hope you do!) I would suggest not parking in this garage. For both of these parking garages there are small fees. Finally, there is always street parking near by, and if you can find a good spot close by, this option is free!
Question
If I am staying at one of the hotels listed on the website, do I need to drive to the venue?
Answer
For those of you whom are staying at one of the hotels we partnered with, there is good news, no driving needed! We have arranged for transportation to the venue prior to the ceremony, and to the hotels after the reception. More information regarding shuttle timing will be provided to you at check in.

Is The Wintergarden the only Venue? Or is there a secondary location?
Answer
The Wintergarden is hosing us for all our needs on wedding day! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held on site! Each event has it's own unique space, but once you arrive you don't have to worry about shuttling anywhere else!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
If you have met us, then you should know the answer to that...of course! There will be an open bar during cocktail hour, and after dinner. The bar will be closed during dinner but fear not, there will be bottles of both red and white wine provided at each table for our guests to enjoy with your meals!

Can I bring a date/plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately we will only able to accommodate guests that are formally invited and indicated on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

When should I book hotel reservations?
Answer
As soon as you know if you are able to attend! Invitations will be sent out roughly 3 months prior to the wedding with a due date of 9/05/24. Any hotel rooms within our block that are not booked 9/01/24 will be released back to the hotel and will lose the discounted rates. So if you are planning on joining us, book those rooms before it's too late!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a "date night" for yourself and your significant other! We appreciate your understanding!

Answer
We are working hard to gather as much information for you as possible, and as we have more answers to questions that may be asked, we will do our best to update this page. However, if you have any questions about the events, travel, lodging, or anything else that is not already answered here, please feel free to reach out to us directly!
