When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail/ garden attire! Please avoid lavender and light grey if possible so you don't get mixed up with the Wedding Party.

Is the event Indoor or Outdoors?

Answer

We have planned for an outdoor ceremony, but if the weather forbids (knock on wood) we do have an indoor back up plan. Followed by social hour, then dinner and dancing indoors.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing transportation to and from the ceremony/reception. At these (3) following locations: AmericInn (Bemidji), Double Tree by Hilton, and Super 8.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available free of charge.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on Social Media?

Answer

The ceremony is quick, we would kindly ask that you have your phones on silence, and put away your cameras/phone so our photographers can catch your lovely faces. For the reception we more than encourage any photos and use the hashtag #IMSELLONMYLASTNAME

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Immediate family (children) and/or serious relationships / spouses as a plus one.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children of all ages are WELCOME, we only ask that you list them in your invitation so we can have an accurate head count for food and seating arrangements. We will be providing some activities for children, but please have supervision on them at all times.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

We will be providing a Breakfast Entrée (our favorite) for Dinner consisting of Egg Bake, Fried Red Potatoes, Bacon and Sausage, Pancakes and French Toast, and Fresh Fruit. Soft drinks and water will also be provided all evening. For guests over the age of 21, we will have an open cash bar (and will be at least providing one free beer on the tap). * No outside alcohol per venue contract *

Will there be a bar?

Answer

As much as we wanted to provide an open bar, our wallets said we were crazy, so we will be having a cash bar. As stated above, we will be providing at least one ticket for a free drink for everyone over the age of 21. Once again, this is a CASH BAR (credits cards are allowed).

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

We have arranged for a DJ that will help you dance your tush off!
