Before we ended up here, our paths crossed back in 2013

Once upon a time our roommates got married

We went to see the Disgruntled Clown with Tom and Alesia on our first official date

We put our feet up at the Hemingway House

We went to our first concert in St. Augustine--Ice Cube, LL Cool J and Public Enemy

Vince joined a band or two himself

We fell in love with Costa Rica

We tried some extreme sports (and I vowed to never go zip lining again!)

We had some good times on Kentucky Lake

Vince finished his Senior Design project and got his degree in Electrical Engineering. I finished my dissertation and got my PhD

And got to do some pretty cool stuff with rodents!

We had some fun times between roller coaster-induced panic attacks at Animal Kingdom

And I decided the rides at Disney are more my speed!

Somewhere along the way, we fell in love

We loved and lost two of the most wonderful canines

But we picked up a cat or two...

And the sweetest of pups!

We got engaged

And we both knew we had found the place as soon as we walked on the property at Coconut Palm Inn
