Question

We are nervous about COVID, what precautions are Kristin and Ryan taking to ensure that we feel safe?

Answer

Our guests' health are the most important concern to us. We want everyone to feel safe, comfortable, and have a good time. There will be masks available along with hand-sanitizer for each guest. We also will have colored bracelets that our guests can choose to wear throughout the night, letting other guest know there comfort level before approaching or touching. Red: High level, please respect my decision to be socially distant Yellow: Please proceed with caution, I do not want to touch, but would love to chat Green: I feel comfortable giving hugs, please come chat Our catering team and event staff will all be masked and gloved throughout the entire night and service may be different as we are all following the CDC's recommendations.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course! Just know, we will be playing un-edited music and there will be adult beverages served all night!

How do we get to your venue from the nearest airport?

Answer

You can fly into Charlottesville, which is 35 minutes away from Culpeper and Orange, or Dulles/JFK which is about an hour and half drive.

What do we wear?

Answer

We've asked all guest to dress in black, white, or both. We really want to keep color for something special :)

Dinner will be served family style and will be an Octoberfest theme! (and Grammi's Sauerbraten :) Our amazing catering company has Grammi's recipe and was DELICIOUS at our tasting!)

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Yes! Right after the ceremony and before the reception.

Will their be shuttle bus service to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We want all our guests to be safe and have fun! The shuttle will pick up at the Hampton Inn and Suites, Culpeper
