Q + A

Question

What are the COVID-19 guidelines for our wedding day?

Answer

⫸ We request that everyone in attendance has developed immunity against COVID-19. Immunity can occur after recovering from COVID-19 virus infection or two weeks following vaccination. Vaccines help protect everyone and substantially reduce risk from severe COVID-19 and death. ⫸ We ask that all guests perform an at-home COVID-19 test the morning of the wedding. Rapid antigen tests can be purchased ahead of time at many stores (CVS, Target, RiteAid, Walmart) and provide results within 15 minutes. Alternatively, onsite tests are covered by most insurance companies and can be completed locally in Southern California. If you test positive for COVID-19, please stay home to protect our loved ones. ⫸ Masking will follow the local and state mandates at the time. Currently (as of 9/15/21), our venue is not requiring facemasks.

Question

How are you mitigating the spread of COVID-19?

Answer

⫸ The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place outdoors. ⫸ We expect 50-100 guests in attendance and are working with our venue to ensure tables are appropriately spaced apart and hand sanitizer is readily available. ⫸ Dinner will be buffet style, but staff will take your plate to serve your meal to you.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website no later than May 1st.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation has a specific name for a guest or it simply states "guest" you may RSVP for your date!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding day is an adult only occasion to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, there will be an option for you to share your special requests when you RSVP via website.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block. Refer to the "Travel & Stay" page on our website with some hotel discounts.

Question

Is there parking at the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking lot at the wedding venue. You are welcome to leave you car overnight if needed. We recommend carpooling to limit the amount of drivers on the road after a long night of celebrating.

Question

Will the wedding ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place outdoors. If needed, please wear sunscreen and bring sunglasses. There are shade spots around the wedding venue and also and an indoor air-conditioned area if you need to cool off.

Question

What will the weather be like in July?

Answer

Fallbrook, where the wedding venue is located, tends to be on the warmer side. We expect mid 80's during the day and 60's at night. Coastal towns, such as Carlsbad, tend to be on the cooler side. We expect 70's during the day and 60's at night. Temecula wine country tends to be on the hotter side. We expect high 80's during the day and 60's at night.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
