Question
What are the COVID-19 guidelines for the events?
Answer
THIS IS AN EVER-CHANGING PROBLEM that we are closely monitoring. As of right now, we ask that people remain masked indoors except to take a drink (regardless of vaccination status). For those who are vaccinated, masks are optional in the outdoor portion of our reception. If anyone is unvaccinated, we ask that you please get your vaccines before the wedding to protect yourselves and others who are at risk (Kristin is getting her PhD in vaccine research so feel free to talk to her if you have any questions)! If you still choose not to get vaccinated, we ask that you remain FULLY masked indoors and only remove your mask in the outdoor portion of Pizza Patio to eat or drink to protect all of our guests. We will keep everyone updated if the current COVID-19 situation worsens and we need to postpone the wedding. Everyone’s health and safety is our top priority. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
There is no dress code. Wear whatever you want! Keep in mind that it is April in Northern Arizona- it may be sunny and 75, or it may be snowing! Be prepared. :)

How is parking?
Answer
The Aspen Room has plenty of parking for the ceremony. Bushmaster park also has free parking. We recommend carpooling, Uber, or Lyft if you will be bar hopping with us after the reception.

The venue is indoors and the reception is outdoors!

Alcohol? How much?
Answer
We will serve beer and wine at the reception and ceremony! Cheers! If you are coming bar hopping afterwards, it will be pay as you go!

Where should we stay?
Answer
We do not have any hotel blocks set up, but there are many hotel and Airbnb options in the city. Early summer is a popular time to visit, so be sure to book your stays as soon as possible! Let us know if you have any difficulties.
