NYC or Boston

For those looking to fly to Martha's Vineyard (MVY) there are a few different options. The two best options are either NYC or Boston. Delta, JetBlue and American run multiple flights from JFK, LGA and Logan quite regularly. JetBlue has recently added a flight from Westchester (HPN) to Martha's Vineyard, which comes highly recommended. Lastly, Cape Air offers flights from Boston, JFK and New Bedford to the Vineyard.

Car Ferry Information

For those coming from nearby or wishing to bring a car to the island, we recommend taking a ferry. Car reservations tend to fill up quickly, so it's essential to book your space when reservations open in January 2024. It is about an hour long boat ride from Woods Hole to the Vineyard.

Passenger Ferry Information

Another, slightly quicker, ferry option is the Seastreak from New Bedford to Martha's Vineyard. This is a great option if you don't plan to bring a car to the island.
