How To Get Around College Park

WALKING: If you are staying at one of the recommend hotels all wedding events and most recommend places to eat are within a 10 to 15 minute walk. RIDE SHARES: Lyft and Uber both operate in Maryland. You can call a car from their respective apps, available in the app store on your smartphone. Rates can significantly increase at peak times. PUBLIC TRANSIT: The chapel and the reception are close to College Park Metro stop. It’s a 13 minute walk from the metro. This is not recommended because of all of the Purple line construction going on in the area. DRIVING: It’s very easy to navigate the area via a motor vehicle. However, there is a lot of construction going on due to the purple line. Traffic patterns are constantly changing.
