Cancellation

Resort Policy

$350 per room cancellation penalty after August 7, 2018. Full payment is due if cancelled on or after August 7, 2018. No refunds without insurance. Rooms may be auto-cancelled without refund if full payment is not received by August 7, 2018. $50 per person change fee after August 7, 2018. Changes include names, travel dates, and occupancy. Based on availability. Airport transfers may be forfeited if flight itinerary is not submitted by August 27, 2018.

Insurance

Optional Cancellation Protection

Insurance must be purchased at the time of deposit. The policy rates listed here are for USA and Canadian citizens. A full policy showing coverage is available for review upon request. $69 per person for up to $1250 per person $99 per person for up to $2000 per person $79 per person for up to $2500 per person $119 per person for up to $3000 per person The plan includes 100% reimbursement in the event of cancellation for covered reasons, including illness affecting the traveler, traveling companion, or an immediate family member. It includes reimbursement for cancellation for any reason of up to 75% of the cancellation penalty amount, as long as cancellation occurs more than 48 hours prior to departure. Private insurance with customized coverage is also available. Please inquire.
