The story of how Kristin and Jeremy met was pure luck! It all started as a "blind date" that later turned into a lifetime together. Kristin's phone chimed one evening and it was a text from a friend at West Point asking if she'd be willing to go to 500th Night with a friend of his on the baseball team. Kristin had no idea what she was getting herself into, but gladly accepted. The night of January 13th, 2017, Jeremy and Kristin met in the baseball locker room after Jeremy's afternoon practice. From there they headed to the house the baseball team rented out for the weekend. Throughout the weekend Jeremy and Kristin got to know each other and at the end of it, they parted ways at school. A few weeks later, Jeremy built up the courage to ask Kristin to get dinner with him in the Mess Hall and so they did. Between baseball, handball, and academics, it was hard for either of them to find time to hangout or get dinner. A few months into their friendship, Jeremy asked Kristin to be his girlfriend! After a couple of months of dating, Jeremy admitted to Kristin that he was shown two pictures of girls, one being Kristin, and asked to choose who he wanted to invite to be his date to 500th Night. Lucky for Kristin, Jeremy chose her picture! From then on, Kristin and Jeremy made long distance work while Kristin finished her final year at West Point and Jeremy headed to flight school at Fort Rucker, AL. On May 16, 2019, Jeremy proposed to Kristin at the botanical gardens in Fort Rucker, AL and the two of them were eager to start their lives together. Since graduating from West Point, Jeremy and Kristin have moved to Fort Hood, TX where they are pursuing their careers until the Army sends them someplace new to explore. They are excited for their big day and cannot wait to celebrate with their closest family and friends!
