FAQs

If you have any other questions, please reach out to Vicki Mednick or Kristin Mednick.
Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Disney's Vero Beach Resort. The ceremony will take place outdoors on the boardwalk, the cocktail hour on the croquet lawn, and the reception will take place inside the resort.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5 p.m. Please arrive in advance of the ceremony time, keeping in mind that you will need to park, walk through the resort, and say a few hellos before taking your seat.

Question

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Disney's Vero Beach Resort is a guarded resort with complimentary parking for all guests and visitors. Upon arrival, security will be able to guide you to the visitor parking lots, one of which is across the road from the resort.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The recommended dress is "beach chic." Due to the various outdoor and indoor locations, high heels are discouraged.

Question

Will there be food and drink available?

Answer

We are looking forward to providing an open bar and hors d'oeuvres at the cocktail hour, followed by an open bar, buffet, and wedding cake at the reception.

Question

Why are you having a vegan reception?

Answer

Both bride and groom are vegan, and we are looking forward to sharing some of our favorite foods with you all! We are sure vegans and omnivores alike will enjoy our familiar selections. We thank you in advance for joining us in toasting our big day in a way that feels right for us!

Question

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Yes! Please wear comfortable shoes and join us on the dance floor!

Question

Can I take pictures of the wedding?

Answer

We have hired a photographer to capture our big day, so please be courteous of him when taking any photos of your own. If you get any pictures that you are especially proud of, please send them our way!

Question

How and when should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on the designated RSVP tab of this website as soon as you get the chance. We ask that all RSVPs are submitted by March 1, 2020. If you have any questions or issues, please reach out to us.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. We ask that all RSVPs are submitted by March 1, 2020.
