2:15 pm - 2:30 pm
Ceremony begins at 2:15 pm and should only last about 10 minutes.
3:00 pm - 3:45 pm
Weather: it may rain in the afternoon, but high is 90 degrees right now, please consider this when choosing your outfit!
We will have a professional photographer there for family photos in front of the courthouse, group photos begin at 3:00.
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Menu: https://indigofernandina.com/menus/
Please note: the restaurant is a 5 minute walk from the courthouse, but you'll have about 1 hour and 15 minutes until they open. Feel free to grab a cocktail or go shopping in downtown Fernandina. We've pulled a few options that looked fun in the Things to Do section of this website! Dave and I will meet everyone at the restaurant as we'll be off with the photographer taking photos after the ceremony. Feel free to start without us! ** Please note there is a 7 pm hard stop to dinner since we have a separate room.
11:00 am
This is an optional brunch for anyone who wants to join! They don't take reservations so there may be a bit of a wait involved, but they have a nice store to browse in and a pastry counter.
6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Unfortunately nowhere takes reservations, Kristin and Dave will go ahead and get there early to wait for a table. Hopefully when everyone gets to dinner at 6:30 we'll have a table! Will call around day of and see which place has the shortest wait and will update everyone on the location and address!

Dave and Kristin will be doing solo photos during this time but provided some recommendations for everyone else before we reconvene at dinner! Addresses, websites, etc. for all recommendations can be found in the "Things to Do" section. We suggest PJD's Beer and Wine Garden (details in Things To Do section) as a drinks option that everyone can grab a drink at together. It is walkable from the courthouse and right next to the dinner reservation at Indigo (please read the parking FAQ though!). All of the Fernandina Beach Historic district is easily accessible from there if you don't want a drink, we also listed an ice cream shop and a book store if you are looking for a more low key way to spend the ~75 minutes. But there is a lot to do in the Historic District.
You are free to set your own course! It's a choose your own adventure book. Go to page 87. But seriously, we put some suggestions on the Things to Do page. We'll see you at dinner!
All street parking in the historic district has a three hour limit! Please keep this in mind, if you street park you will have to move between the courthouse photos and dinner. But street parking will likely get you closest to the courthouse. There are public lots available without this constraint: *Library Parking Lot on North 3rd Street (closest to the ceremony) *Corner of North 2nd and Alachua Street There are other much smaller ones scattered around as well but they are subject to rules and very small so we don't want to direct everyone to them and they are full. Just remember that public lots will have signs posted that state their rules and all street parking is a 3 hour limit.
