How can I fly to Monterey?

Answer

There are direct flights from LAX and San Diego to Monterey! If you fly into San Jose instead, it will be about a 1.5 hour drive to Monterey depending on traffic.

Will I need a car to get around Monterey?

Answer

Monterey is very walkable and we have planned the wedding hoping that people will be able to walk from their hotel to The Perry House. However, our church ceremony is about a 15 minute drive from Monterey, so we would advise bringing/renting a car or planning a carpool group with other guests.

What is The Perry House?

Answer

"The Perry House is a historical Queen Anne vernacular-style Victorian home" with a view of Monterey Bay. The venue is both indoors and outdoors. There are a lot of stairs but the venue is also accessible with ramps in multiple locations.
