We met at a popular hangout for the Southern Miss crowd on the last day of the semester. That night we stayed up until 6am talking and eating Tiramisu. After going home for the summer, Kristin lured him in by inviting him to snag an extra spot in a movie and hanging out at a festival in New Orleans. We ended up visiting each other all summer and fell in love quickly.

Chandler took Kristin on a surprise date night to celebrate finishing the MCAT...or so she thought. First he took her to the Saints game with great seats and great game. At halftime, they left for their reservations at a famous restaurant, Patois. They were served excellent food with a few surprise menu items. Then he took her to a rooftop where they had watched New Year's Eve fireworks one year. That is where he got down on one knee and asked the question! And the rest is history.
