Bluefin Bay Resort on Lake Superior
This resort will be our home base. Located on the gorgeous shores of Lake Superior, this resort is where Kristin and I fell in love with Minnesota's North Shore. We are so excited to share this space with you all. We have rented 2x8 person houses close to each other at the BlueFin Bay Resort for the following guests from Wednesday October 8th evening to Sunday October 12th am: Dani & Michael Rodgers, Mackenzie & Erica, Michael Cox, Tori Kornelsen, Camry & Ben, Hannah & Joey, Lindsay. - Total cost per person: around 400 USD for all nights. If you would only like to pay for the nights that you are there, let me know and we can fund you. Venmo: Audrey-Potts, or e-transfer audrey.potts8@gmail.com. We really appreciate if you are able to cover the full. Additional Rooms: Gill and Gord Potts have a 1 bedroom suite. Colleen Murphy and John have a 1 bedroom suite. Jay and Ilka have a studio. Audrey and Kristin have a 1 bedroom suite.
Flight
Thunder Bay Airport or Minneapolis Airport
Can fly into either MSP (Minneapolis) OR into Thunder Bay, Ontario. Drive to Bluefin Bay Resort from MSP is about 3.5 hours. Drive from Thunder Bay to Bluefin Bay Resort is about 2 hours.
Rental Car
MSP Airport Rent a Car
Rent a car from MSP airport to get to the Bluefin Bay Resort for folks driving in. OR, could carpool with folks that are local and driving (see list below) OR, could take a bus to Duluth airport, then shuttle from Duluth to Grand Marais and someone can pick you up from Grand Marais (or if there is a shuttle stop closer to Tofte/Lutsen). - Stops along the way if you would like: Duluth historic area on the water, other stops=two harbors for local castle danger beer, black sand beach in silver bay, Betty's Pies, Gooseberry Falls and Tettegouche State Parks.

Thunder Bay International Airport
Rent a car from Thunder Bay airport if flying into airport. If you are driving from thunder bay, MUST STOP at Grand Portage falls. a short hike to beautiful falls at the border between MN and Canada. You can also stop at some beautiful spots (falls, state parks, beaches, hikes) along the north shore until the Bluefin Bay Resort.

Free Parking at Bluefin Bay Resort
Can park your cars at the resort for no charge. Folks driving from Rochester or Minneapolis or through either of those areas, if you want you can try to coordinate cars to carpool (Ben, Camry, Michael R, Dani, Audrey, Kristin, maybe: Mack & Erica, Meghan and Matthew, John & Colleen).
