FAQs

If you have any additional questions or need further information, please feel free to contact Josh directly at 209-603-6081. He will be happy to assist you with any details regarding the ceremony or celebration.
Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

We kindly recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early, as traffic and parking in San Francisco can be unpredictable. This will ensure you have ample time to park, walk to the entrance, and find your seat before the ceremony begins.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

This is a black-tie ceremony. Guests are encouraged to wear formal evening attire, including tuxedos or formal suits for men and floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses for women.

Question

Where should we park?

Answer

The most convenient parking options are the Civic Center Plaza Garage (355 McAllister St) directly across from City Hall and the Performing Arts Garage (360 Grove St), located a short walk away. Street parking is limited and metered, so garage parking is recommended.

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

We recommend hotels in Nob Hill, Union Square, Hayes Valley, Fisherman’s Wharf, or Embarcadero, as these neighborhoods are safe, convenient, and close to City Hall. A full list of recommended hotels is provided on our website for your convenience.

Question

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a professional photographer capturing every moment of our ceremony. We kindly ask that all phones be put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present and enjoy this special time with us.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Please note that our ceremony will be an adults-only event. We kindly ask that no children attend, with the exception of those who are part of the wedding party.
