To book online guests can go to www.hotelballast.com they will enter the requested dates, select Special rates & enter the Group code. Either way they make the reservation, they can enter the code up until your cut-off date (which is one month prior to your arrival) to receive your rate. After the cut-off date, please note the group rate will no longer be valid. Keep in mind if they want to come a day early or stay a day late, they may not be able to make the reservation on line. If that happens just have your guests call the hotel directly Monday-Thursday between 9am and 2pm (910) 763-5900 and ask for Pam in Reservations. She will check availability of the discounted rate.
