Phil and Ben met in Governor's hall Phil's first year of college. Phil and Ben have bonded going through life at Eau Claire together including being housemates for the summer and have done numerous snowboarding, climbing and hiking adventures to Colorado, Washington, Kentucky, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Ben is someone with a wonderful sense of humor and relaxed demeanor, yet someone who has an extremely driven and has an intellectual side. Ask Ben for a funny story involving Phil, he probably has too many to count.

Phil first met David through his Lead Team ministry mentor his senior year when he would go to his mentor's house. When Phil's mentor decided to move out, Phil decided to move in with David and Elijah (also a groomsmen) knowing merely David and Elijah were both involved in campus ministries, and many mutual friends shared high regards for them. Through Phil's last-minute decision to live off-campus the State Street 1505 turned out to be a wonderful experience full of laughs, deep chats and inside jokes. David is a great listener, rock solid in his faith, and master of puns. See if you can notice David's carefully put puns when he speaks. He's so sneaky you might not even notice!
Elijah Freeman

Phil first met Elijah at the State Street 1505 when he decided to move in with him and David. As mentioned before, the 1505 turned into a wonderful experience and more than Phil ever could have asked for. Phil and Elijah have bonded over jokes, funny stories, memes, and anything out of the ordinary. Elijah is able to bring humor and light to just about anything, and this really showed while Phil completed the EdTPA (educator's performance assessment), easily one of the most challenging things in his life. Ask Elijah to share something funny that happened in his life lately. I promise you won't be disappointed

Phil met Luke in Governor's hall during his first year in college at Eau-Claire. Phil and Luke bonded through adventures in college and being dorm roommates for a time in Governors hall. Luke is the friend that invited Phil on the infamous milk-jug and styrofoam rafting adventure down the Mississippi. Other bonding adventures have included canoeing down the Chippewa river, backpacking for a week in the Appalachians and even starting up a coffeeshop in their dorm room for a week! Luke lives an adventurous life in Bozeman MT. Ask Luke what he is up to or dreaming of doing. There will always be something!

It's a little unclear where Phil and David met because David appears at just about every social event around the Twin Cities! Phil and David have known each other through social events at the Genesis Community (community where Phil and Kristina met) as well as camping and backpacking adventures. David an incredibly friendly person, talented in many ways and yet a child at heart. Come discover David's silly side, you won't be bored!
Tanner Johnson

Tanner is Kristina's younger brother. Tanner lives an exciting life in Bozeman Montana where he works as a support role for wildfire fighting in the summer and various work positions in the winter. Tanner has an interest in music and just about anything outdoors (rock climbing, skiing, mountain biking, backpacking ect.) Tanner is an easy-going guy who follows his dreams and always has an exciting story to tell. Phil is very excited to become Tanner's brother-in-law!
Tyler Johnson

Tyler is Kristina's older brother. Tyler lives on a family farm in Hawley Minnesota. Tyler is a very kind, hardworking, honest guy, and quite the handyman! Tyler knows just about anything when it comes to your car or working on your house. Similarly to Kristina's younger brother Tanner, Tyler also has an adventurous side to him and loves to go on backpacking and snowboarding trips. Ask Tyler what he is building or working on and there will always be something! Phil is very excited to become Tyler's brother in law!
