To RSVP, scan the QR code on your invitation or type our link in on your mobile device and go to the RSVP section to record your response for us! We would appreciate you letting us know at the earliest opportunity. Any RSVPs after the due by date will be marked as “No” as we will be submitting our final headcount’s to our vendors shortly after- you’ll definitely be missed!
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it specifically indicated one on your envelope. For example your envelope would list “(your name) & Family or “(your name) & guest. When you go to RSVP you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Although we love your children dearly, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone’s children at our wedding due to restricted numbers unless specified on your invitation. This pertains to infants, Toddlers, kids and teens. Please refer the ‘RSVP’ tab to see if we were able to accommodate for you. If we cannot, we hope you see this as an opportunity to use this as a night to let your hair down and have a good time!
Yes! The dress code is Black-Tie, we recommend a clean cut suit, gown, or cocktail dress, dress shirt and dress pants, No jeans please!
Our ceremony has the ability to change depending on weather, we recommend bringing a jacket in case as weather can be unpredictable! Our reception will be held indoors at our venue.
Our venue requires us to provide an organized seating chart, we will do our best to make the seating arrangements as comfortable for everyone as we can. We hope you look at this as an opportunity to meet new friends/family as well and have a good time!
Our ceremony will begin at 3pm, we recommend guests arrive at 2:30pm so there is time to mingle and to find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if we are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens don’t worry, you will still be able to attend the reception! Thank you for understanding!
Yes! There is ample parking at our venue and they allow cars to stay there over night and be picked up in the morning if needed. We DO NOT want anyone to drink and drive! We do have a shuttle provided by our venue at the end of the night (not Vernon downs) but to many local hotels where you might be staying. Please plan accordingly.
Yes! There is an open bar for a majority of the night but the last hour is cash only!
