We met through our sorority and fraternity being paired together for UCO's homecoming in 2016. Dylan's dance moves and daisy dukes won me over that night and not long after that, a new relationship blossomed. The next three years were full of date parties, road trips, many many dinners, movie nights, formals, concerts, and finally a proposal.

Dylan proposed on January 20th, 2019. A dinner had been planned with our friends to come together before the spring semester began. After dinner at Mama Roja's was done, we all went outside to the lighthouse to take a group picture. He got down on one knee, asked me to be his wife, and I proceeded to be in complete shock of the most amazing surprise ever.
