The wedding of...

Kristina and her ex best friend were at the lake with "the boys" and Kristina was off sitting by herself when Dakota came and sat with her and talked to her. We were both in "situationships" at the time but we kept in touch. On May 4th, 2022, Kristina posted on Instagram about Spaceballs and Dakota responded saying how much he likes Spaceballs. We started dating on May 21st, 2022 and the rest is history. We added our little Tater Tot to our adventure on July 20, 2024.

We were at Dakota's grandparent's house (Doc and Debbie) for Christmas. We had already done presents when Dakota told Kristina that Jimmy had one more present for her. Kristina went to talk to Jimmy and he told her that he needed to show her something. He gave her a folder that had a letter inside that said that he had gotten ordained. We had talked to him months before about the fact that we wanted him to marry us. Behind the letter was a note from Jimmy saying how excited he was about the wedding and us getting married. At the bottom of the paper it said "flip me over". Kristina flipped over the paper and it said " now I guess the only thing left to do is to ask you to turn around". When Kristina turned around, Dakota was supposed to be down on one knee but he, Karla Marie, and Jonathan were distracted by Jaxon wearing his jacket upside down. Kristina got Dakota's attention and he said "Oh shit" and got down on one knee.
