Please remember, Vail is 8000 feet above sea level. Take time to acclimate and stay hydrated. Be sure to pack layers and clothing for all types of weather, as spring conditions can be unpredictable!

The Hythe
A discounted rate is available if you book through this link by April 17, 2026. We recommend that you stay at the Hythe, as the shuttle service will depart and arrive to that location. Onsite parking is NOT available at our venue. Uber/Lyft is extremely limited and not guaranteed. Please notify Bryson or Kristina if no rooms are available when you try to book. If you have any diffculty selecting dates, please contact the hotel directly for further assistance.

Shuttle from Hotel to Ceremony

Shuttles will begin transporting guests from the hotel to the ceremony site starting at 2:45 PM. The last shuttle will depart around 3:05 PM. Please plan accordingly as there is no parking onsite.

Shuttle from the Reception to the Hotel
May 16, 2026 8:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Return shuttles will be available starting at 8 PM. They will make trips until all guests have returned to the Hythe after the celebration ends. Please see the note below should you need to return outside 8-10:30 PM.
Travel Note
Free Public Shuttle Service
A free public shuttle is available servicing the town of Vail and neighboring communities (i.e.: Beaver Creek & Avon) should you wish to explore the area. There is a shuttle stop located just outside the Hythe's main enterance. If you need to return to the hotel outside of the provided wedding shuttle service hours, the public shuttle will be available and stops at the golf course. Shuttles will stop at the Vail Transportation Center. From there, guests should plan to walk or catch another local shuttle to their final destination. Please see the posted schedule linked below for shuttle hours from the golf course.
Flight
Denver International Airport
Denver International Airport (DIA) is often the most cost effective and convenient option for air travel. Vail is approximately two hours away from DIA. Plan on renting a car or scheduling a shuttle service ahead of time; Epic Mountain Express is a good shuttle option.

Eagle County Regional Airport
The Eagle County Regional Airport is the closest airport to Vail. Pre-booked transportation services are recommended due to limited availability for Uber/Lyfts. A public bus route is another convenient and affordable option.
