Spring in the Rockies
Please remember, Vail is 8000 feet above sea level. Take time to acclimate and stay hydrated. Be sure to pack layers and clothing for all types of weather, as spring conditions can be unpredictable!

A room block will be available. It is highly recommended that you stay at our designated hotel as onsite parking is NOT available at our venue. Pick up and drop off for shuttle service will be at this hotel.
Shuttle
Shuttle from Hotel to Ceremony
May 16, 2025 1:30 pm - 2:15 pm
Shuttles will begin transporting guests from the hotel to the ceremony site starting at 1:30 PM. They will arrive approximately every 20 minutes, with the last shuttle departing at 2:15 PM. Please plan to be in the hotel lobby by 1:30 PM to catch an early shuttle and allow plenty of time to get settled before the festivities begin!

Shuttle from the Reception to the Hotel
June 18, 2025 10:30 pm - 11:15 pm
Return shuttles will begin departing from the reception venue starting at 10:30 PM, when the celebration ends. Shuttles will run in waves to take guests back to the hotel, with the final shuttle departing at 11:15 PM.

Other Transportation Option
If you need to return to the hotel outside of shuttle service hours, a free public bus is available and stops at the golf course. Shuttles will drop off guests at the Vail Transportation Center. From there, guests should plan to walk to their hotel or catch another local shuttle if needed. Scheduled stop times are: 2:18 PM, 3:18 PM, 4:18 PM, 5:18 PM, 6:48 PM, 8:48 PM, and 10:48 PM.

Denver International Airport
Denver International Airport (DIA) is often the most cost effective and convenient option for air travel. Vail is approximately two hours away from DIA. Plan on renting a car or scheduling a shuttle service ahead of time; Epic Mountain Express is a good shuttle option.

Eagle County Regional Airport
The Eagle County Regional Airport is the closest airport to Vail. Pre-booked transportation services are recommended due to limited availability for Uber/Lyfts. A public bus route is another convenient and affordable option.
