Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony at Stone Tower Winery will be outside on a grass field. The cocktail hour will have inside and outside spaces on solid pavement ground, and our dinner reception will be inside. Guests are free to walk around the vineyard grass areas as well throughout the evening.

Can I bring a date or children?

Our wedding is strictly RSVP by invitation only.

Is there transportation to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, shuttles will be provided to and from the Hyatt Regency Hotel and the wedding venue. We encourage our guests to take the shuttle as rideshare is unavailable at the end of the evening from the venue. Shuttles will depart from the Hyatt Regency Reston hotel at 4:30PM. Guests not staying at the Hyatt Regency Reston hotel may park in the general parking garages at the Reston Town Center and walk to the hotel for the shuttle; parking is free on the weekend. Stone Tower Winery will have free, designated parking areas for guests as well.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline to RSVP is March 10, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand!
