Shuttle
November 6, 2026 2:45 am - 3:00 pm
A shuttle is scheduled to pick up guests from both hotel blocks. The shuttle will start at the Fairfield Inn & Suites at 2:45pm and then pick up guests at The Wilderness at 2:53pm. The shuttle will then take guests to the ceremony and arrive there around 3pm. The shuttle is only running one lap before the wedding as timing only allows for one run.

A shuttle from the venue two the two hotel blocks will be running hourly from 9:00pm to 11:00pm (9:00pm, 10:00pm, and 11:15pm). All guests must be gone by 11:30pm.
