How do I RSVP?

Please get us your RSVP by July 15th, so we have time to buy enough booze.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at The Farm at Dover. Here is the address: The Farm at Dover 26060 Washington Ave Kansasville, WI 53139

What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4pm. The reception starts at 6pm.

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. The grass may be soft, so rethink the stilettos. ;)

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

A bit of both! Ceremony will be held outside, the cocktail hour will be both indoor and outdoor, and the reception will be held inside.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple, as well as the bridal/grooms party will be taking pictures on the venue grounds for around an hour. Guests can walk over to where Hors d’Oeuvres and drinks will be flowing. Dinner will be served around 6 pm, with dancing to follow.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We’ll be serving light snacks during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner, and of course dessert.

With respect, we have decided that this is an adults-only occasion. We hope this advanced notice means you are still able to share our big day!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Baymont by Wyndham Waterford/Burlington WI 750 Fox Lane, Waterford, WI 53185 1-262-534-4100 Be sure to reserve your room no later than July 11th! This hotel is about 4.5mi/8 min away from the wedding venue. To book a room in our reserved block, please call 1-262-534-4100 and request the Keller/Cotton wedding.

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #100PercentCotton so we can see them, too!

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service for the guests staying at the Baymont by Wyndham Waterford/Burlington WI. More information will be given the day of with shuttle service times. Main guest lot is the furthest driveway to the east marked by parking flags. Driveway at the barn is drop off only.

Answer

We’ve lived together for quite a while, with all our pots and pans, and as we don’t need homely gifts, we have another plan! We know it’s not traditional, but it’s easier that’s for sure, to have no wedding list at all, your attendance means much more! For those of you who do insist, we have a savings pot, a small gift to add to this, would really mean a lot!
