We met at local bar in Raleigh, North Carolina just a few short months after I moved there from Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He pulled a one liner and I fired back with a bit of sass, but by the end of the night he managed to get my number. ** He loves this story by the way ;) ** After some convincing (a few times of turning him down) I decided to give him a shot...at brunch. Brunch turned into dinner and dinner turned into a night of Dance Dance Revolution and Skee-Ball at a popular arcade nearby. Four years later...we're planning a wedding!

We flew to Sioux Falls for a 10 day trip to celebrate one of my favorite holidays with my family, 4th of July! On Sunday, July 5th I made dinner reservations for us and the family. We stopped at The Falls for some scenic views before dinner, walking around to find the "perfect picture spot" ...we found it! Eddie asked me to take a few with him (mind you he HATES taking pictures). After a few snaps the next thing I know...he's down on one knee! I can't remember a single thing that he said...but of course I said YES! We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you! See you in Sioux Falls!
