Riverfront Blounts Creek

We are renting this superb airbnb, which has accommodation for up to 14 guests and is located only a short distance from the River House. The reservation has been made from Thursday 11th - Sunday 14th April and the groom's friends will be staying here.

Flight

Raleigh-Durham (RDU)

RDU is the closest international air hub serving the state capital and generally offers the best value on flights. It is around a 2-hour drive from the venue and has a daily direct American Airlines / British Airways flight from London Heathrow (LHR) and a number of other non-direct carriers, including Virgin Atlantic / Delta. Other airports in the locality also offer non-direct flights, the closest being Pitt-Greenville (PGV) (30 mins drive), followed by Jacksonville, Albert J Ellis (OAJ) (1.30 hours drive) and Wilmington (ILM) (2.30 hours drive), however these are generally more expensive routes. Myrtle Beach (MYR) in South Carolina, is about 4 hours drive, but does offer some good deals on air fares through Virgin Atlantic / Delta connections and can be equal or better value to flights into RDU.

Transport

Since many people are arriving on Thursday and departing on Sunday, once you know your flight schedule please let us know, so we can try and arrange group transport from RDU to the River House or Blounts Creek, depending on where you are staying.
