Beacon is one of our favorite spots and is just a short (~15-20min) drive. You can stroll down Main Street and check out local restaurants & shops. Click "View" to see a website with some good recommendations even including local hikes & strolls! (We really love Hudson Valley Brewing but know there will be plenty of opportunities for drinks.)

Has a nice waterfront trail to stroll along. Betty's Snack Bar is a good spot to grab coffee, breakfast or lunch!

Can sign up for their "Treehouse Tastings." Option to reserve their back lawn Adirondack chairs or picnic tables if just going for food and fun.

Most local hiking option - however feel free to explore other options!

Stewart State Forest

Winding Hills Golf Club & Walkill Golf Club seem to be easiest / open to public options.
