We met at a Cinco de Mayo party in Lubbock, TX where we both attended Texas Tech University. After being paired as beer pong partners, we celebrated a few victories! Seven years later, we are now celebrating our engagement and ready to celebrate the many years to come!

As Covid-19 ruined our plans to travel through Europe, we happily decided to get away to Ruidoso, New Mexico. We spent our quarantine enjoying the captivating views and fresh mountain air. During a beautiful hike to Perk Ridge, we stopped for a break and as I dug through my backpack for water, I turned around only to find Bryan on one knee, holding the most stunning ring out to me! “Will you marry me?”, are the only words I can remember. I excitedly said YES and we finished out our hike and quarantine as fiancées!
