No. The ceremony is located in the Chapel, on the South side of the church. Please follow signs. The Chapel at Immanual has its own entrance.
I suggest parking street-side on West Capitol Street or in the parking areas in front of the Capitol.
You can only enter the WinRock Building from the Capitol Street side. The entrance on Woodlane is not public facing.

The wedding is scheduled for 4 pm, and the wedding party should arrive at the reception location by 5:15 pm. Food will be served once the bride and groom enter. (Beverages will be available starting at 5 pm)
Yes, there will be complimentary wine and most likely beer with the ability to tip the bartenders.
This is a state building, so it is non-smoking, non-vaping; however, cigars are welcomed on the terrace if you can handle the cold.
