Do we need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes. I will be sending the total guest count to the caterer on January 3. If something comes up, and you need to change your RSVP, just text me or Zach. We are very accommodating and cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Is the ceremony in the main sanctuary?

Answer

No. The ceremony is located in the Chapel, on the South side of the church. Please follow signs. The Chapel at Immanual has its own entrance.

Where do I park for the reception?

Answer

I suggest parking street-side on West Capitol Street or in the parking areas in front of the Capitol.

Which side of the Winthrop Rockefeller building at 501 Woodlane do we enter from?

Answer

You can only enter the WinRock Building from the Capitol Street side. The entrance on Woodlane is not public facing.

What is on the buffet?

Answer

What time will food be served?

Answer

The wedding is scheduled for 4 pm, and the wedding party should arrive at the reception location by 5:15 pm. Food will be served once the bride and groom enter. (Beverages will be available starting at 5 pm)

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be complimentary wine and most likely beer with the ability to tip the bartenders.

Is there a smoking/vaping area?

Answer

This is a state building, so it is non-smoking, non-vaping; however, cigars are welcomed on the terrace if you can handle the cold.

How should we dress?

Answer

Your Sunday best. And bring a coat - there is an AMAZING VIEW outside the venue that is picture perfect, even in January!
