The dress code is semi‑formal. For women, cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits all fit the vibe; for men, suits or dress shirts with slacks work well. Some portions of the wedding will be held on grass, so we recommend shoes that won’t sink—think block heels, wedges, or flats.
To keep our celebration intimate, we’re only inviting the guests named on each invitation. Any plus‑ones will be noted on your RSVP.
We adore your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults‑only celebration other than immediate family. We hope this gives you the perfect excuse to enjoy a relaxing night out on us!
Please RSVP by July 16, 2026! We need an accurate headcount for catering purposes, so we kindly ask that you respond through the "RSVP" tab on our website. Guests who don't respond by this date will be marked as unable to attend.
Please park at the Event Barn. Parking is free, with plenty of available spaces. The lot is located down a gravel road, so take your time as you drive in.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will both be in shaded outdoor spaces, weather permitting. Our reception will be indoors and air-conditioned.
Yes! Our venue is an operating alpaca farm with 120 alpacas calling Oakwood Gardens their home. You will definitely see some cute, fluffy faces on the day. If you have farm allergies, please take this into consideration and/or plan ahead.
