If you are coming from Illinois, please plan according to the time you wish to stay in CA. The Wedding Venue is in Northern California, so we recommend flying into San Jose or Sacramento, as these airports are only a 2-3 hours drive to the venue. If you wanted to extend your stay and fly in and out of Los Angeles, note the drive from LA to the Wedding Venue is 5-6 hours.
The wedding will be semi-formal, so please dress accordingly. The wedding colors are neutrals and warm tones if you feel so inclined to dress in these lovely colors!
Yes, if you are coming from out of state, a car rental is needed. You will need to plan to drive to and from the airport, so please check out local deals based on the airport you are flying in and out of. Feel free to coordinate with other guests coming from out of state too, to save money and to have a companion for the trip! Since it is a mountainous location, we recommend a hatchback, mid-size SUV or SUV (think of luggage space too)!
