Shuttle service will be provided between this hotel to and from our wedding venue! We have reserved a room block for Friday, October 7th and Saturday, October 8th. Booking within the Soares-Nogueiro room block will require you to reserve 2 nights. Rooms are limited at the discounted rate so please book as soon as possible. If you wish to stay in town for 2 nights, this is definitely the way to go! Reservations for the room block must be made by September 7th, 2022.  For booking within the room block, you may either call the hotel at the number provided above and mention our names or click the "VIEW" button below for a direct link to our room block.

Shuttle

Shuttle Information

October 8, 2022 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The shuttle will run from the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Paso Robles Atascadero to Fallen Oaks Estate. Prior to the 4 o'clock ceremony, it will make 2 trips to the venue. The first shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:15. Cocktails will be served prior to the ceremony! I encourage you to take the earlier shuttle as they can only accommodate 25 passengers at a time. The second shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:45 sharp. This ensures the second round will make it in time for the start of the ceremony. We want everyone to get home safely! If you happen not to catch the shuttle to get there but want to take it back to the hotel, you are welcome to leave a car at the venue and pick it up by noon on Sunday! The shuttle will run until everyone is back at the hotel. The shuttle will take multiple trips back to the hotel throughout the evening depending on when guests are ready to head out.
