Accommodations

Come for the Day... or Stay the Weekend! The wedding couple will be driving up to Big Bear Lake on Thursday and staying until Monday. We'll be getting an AirBnb for Thursday and Friday night... then pulling out our camp gear to sleep under the stars on our wedding night at Buttercup Group Campground.

Travel Note

Getting to Big Bear Lake:

For our out of town guests... Big Bear Lake is approximately 113 miles and 2hr 30 min drive from LAX. From San Diego, it's about 145 miles or a 2hr 45 min drive. It's SoCal... so keep in mind these travel times can be longer in high traffic times.

Travel Note

Accommodations:

We recommend staying within a 15 minute drive or less of Big Bear Village. The main street in The Village is Pine Knott Ave, so you can aim to stay within a short drive of that location. AirBnbs: There are over 300 cabins available through Airbnb.com and VRBO.com in the Big Bear Area. Lots to choose from in all sizes and are reasonably priced. Hotels: We haven't blocked off any rooms at hotels but there are an abundance of Hotels to choose from that are centrally located in Big Bear Lake. Campground: Stay for Free! We'll not only be getting married in Buttercup Group Campground but we encourage all of our outdoorsy guests to camp if they wish. We have the campground June 6th - 10th and it holds 40 people so whomever wishes to camp please let us know so we can keep an eye on #'s.

For all the days along the way
